PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
We process ready-to-ship orders Monday – Friday excluding holidays. Orders are processed within 1-4 business days.
A. L. Frances Textiles waxed fabric is made to order and waxed in-house. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for production time.
For a limited time, we are offering complimentary domestic USPS Parcel Ground shipping on orders $250 and over. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Domestic orders ship USPS, UPS or FedEx. Trade account orders are not eligible for complimentary shipping.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.

LOST, STOLEN AND RETURNED PACKAGES
A. L. Frances Textiles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit a safe shipping address, watch the package tracking, and communicate with your carriers about deliveries. Once the package shows as delivered, we are unable to obtain additional information from our partner carriers. We recommend contacting and filing a claim with the carrier to resolve any lost or stolen package issues.
If a package is returned to us via return-to-sender and you would like it to be reshipped to you, we require a reshipping fee.
We take no responsibility for delayed packages or packages that show as delivered.
